Welcome to our website! By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your puja or ritual appointment.

1. 🔖 Booking Confirmation

• All puja bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Emergency or same-day bookings are subject to pandit availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Full name, address, contact number, and puja details must be provided during booking.

2. 💰 Payment Terms

• Advance payment (partial or full) is mandatory to confirm the booking.
• Remaining amount, if any, must be paid before the puja begins.
• We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, and cash.

3. 🚫 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled puja will be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting basic administrative charges).
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours prior or in case of a no-show.
• Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to pandit availability.

4. 📦 Puja Samagri (Items)

• We can arrange complete puja samagri on request for an additional fee.
• If the client chooses to arrange samagri, it must be done according to the checklist shared by us.
• The pandit is not responsible for any delay caused due to incomplete samagri arrangements by the client.

5. 📍 Service Location

• Our services are available across Hyderabad and nearby areas.
• Extra charges may apply for travel beyond certain zones or outstation visits.

6. ⏱️ Punctuality & Time

• We strive to ensure punctuality, but delays may occur due to unavoidable traffic or weather conditions.
• Clients are requested to cooperate with flexible timing when necessary.

7. 🙏 Conduct & Respect

• The sanctity of the puja must be maintained by all present during the ritual.
• The pandit has the right to discontinue the puja in case of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

8. 📷 Photos & Videos

• Photos/videos of the puja may be taken only with the prior consent of the pandit.
• We reserve the right to use non-identifiable photos for promotional purposes, with client consent.
